Can you professionally install our car seat / capsule?
Yes we have been trained to safely install your car seat or capsule for an additonal fee of $20

Can I extend my hire period?
Yes providing the equipemnt hasn't been booked with another customer - hire can be extented

Do I need ot pay a bond?
Some items will require a bond payment depending on the length of hire. If a bond is required you will be notified at time of booking. Providing equipment is returned in the same condition the bond will be refunded

Do you deliver and pick up?
Yes all prices include free delivery and pick up around Broome townsite only. Outside the townsite will incurr additonal fees

Will you deliver to our hire car?
Yes happy to deliver to your hire car company and for a fee install any car seats / capsules for your arrival

Is the Equipment in good condition?
All our equipment is in excellent condition, we pride ourselves on our conditon and hygiene of all of our equipment

What happens if piece of equipment is stolen?
You are required to obtain a police report and if the items was not securely locked in a home or a vehcile you will be required to pay for a new item.

Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes we hold public liability insurance for the hire of baby equipment and the installation of child car seats

What if my hired equipment gets damaged?
We will review any equpment damage on a case by case basis. We may require replacement costs for the item or costs to repair the item.
